About The Author
Walking the Path of Dharma in a Modern World
Born in Mexico City in the late 1960s, Tashi Paldron felt from an early age that her life would be guided by something beyond the visible world. Despite illness, loss, divorce, and migration, her devotion led her to Tibetan Buddhism, where she completed the 100,000 preliminary practices (ngöndro) and studied in India and Nepal. A Western lay practitioner rather than a monastic, she continues to live and practice Dharma within the realities of modern life with sincerity and perseverance.
